. Age Requirements:

Minimum age: 18 years ; 23 with 2 years driving experience for special categories and 25 with 2 years driving experience for special groups and luxury cars.

Young driver suplement (18-25): 45.00 € per day, per rental.

There is no maximum age as long as you have a valid driving license.

Senior driver suplement (75-99): 45.00 € per rental.

Additional Driver:

Additional driver 45.00 € per rental, (price per additional driver).

Payment:

A major credit card (Visa, American Express or Mastercard) in the name of the main driver is required in order to collect the car. (Please note that cards without the driver's name on will not be accepted). This company will not accept prepaid, recharge or virtual credit cards. The credit card deposit its only for seven days. A luxury car may be required twoo credit cards in drivers name

Insurance:

Insurance includes Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) subject to an excess. Excess amount depending or car rental group,(note the insurance covers acidentes) A deposit will be blocked from your credit card. Please note that customer negligence is never included in the SCDW.

Administration fee for non-acceptance of electronic toll device: 36.90 € per identification.

Excessive dirty penalty: from 55 € to 120 €.

Damage or loss of keys: 450 € to 850 € depending on car model.

Car deliveries/drop off : A fee will be apllied on car deliveries depeding on distances

Mileage:

Unlimited mileage.

Out of Hours:

Out of hours collections: 45.00 € (on request only).

PIck ups on 25th December and 1st January have a supplement of 45.00 €.

Fine administration fee:

Fine admin fee: 36.9 €. (This fee would be charged by the supplier if you were to receive a fine during your rental, such as a parking ticket or a speeding fine. Please note that this fee does not include the amount of the fine).

Other:

Electronic toll device: 2.15 € per day.

Administration fee for non-acceptance of electronic toll device: 36.90 € per identification

Administratives costs will be applied on motorway fees depending on driving distances.

Please note that the supplier for this booking allows up to 2 hours of courtesy from the time on your rental voucher.

If your flight is delayed and you arrive out of hours, the supplier will not wait for you if you have not provided your flight number.

Please note that in case of accident or damage to the car you must always contact the supplier straight away. You will need to complete a damage or accident report form for the insurance, otherwise you may not be covered.

Cancellation policy:

To obtain a refund of twenty five percent a prepaid booking you must cancel it at least forty eight hours before the start of your rental. No refunds will be made if the booking is cancelled after the collection time stated on the rental. No refund will be given if you do not collect the vehicle.
