Cookie policy
What we store in your browser, why, and how you can control it.
What cookies are
Cookies are small files the site stores in your browser. They make the site work — keeping your session, remembering your choices — and, if you allow it, measure usage and show relevant advertising.
Which cookies we use
Only those marked as necessary are set without asking. The others are set only after you click "Accept all" in the cookie notice.
| Name | Purpose | Type | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| PHPSESSID | Keeps your session while you browse: language, forms and protection against forged requests. | Necessary | Until you close the browser |
| ach_consent | Stores your cookie choice. | Necessary | 6 months |
| _ga, _ga_* | Google Analytics, through Google Tag Manager: site usage statistics. | Statistics — with consent only | Up to 2 years |
| _gid | Google Analytics: distinguishes users. | Statistics — with consent only | 24 hours |
| _gcl_au | Google Ads: measures ad conversions. | Advertising — with consent only | 3 months |
| __stripe_mid, __stripe_sid | Stripe: fraud prevention for card payments. Payment page only. | Necessary | 1 year / 30 minutes |
Third-party content
The contacts page has a Google map. It is only loaded when you click "Show the map" or after you accept all cookies; when it loads, Google may set its own cookies, governed by Google's privacy policy.
Card payments are handled by Stripe, which uses the cookies listed above to prevent fraud.
How to manage them
You can change your choice at any time under "Cookie settings" in the footer of every page.
You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block the necessary ones, parts of the site — such as the booking form — may stop working.
Changes
This policy is updated whenever the cookies we use change. The version in force is the one published on this page.
